This is my framework for dismantling the perfectionist mindset, not just managing the symptoms, but shifting what's underneath them.


Awareness: Pull Back The Curtain

No matter how self-aware you already are, we go deeper. We uncover exactly how perfectionism shows up most painfully for you and the reasons you've been relying on it for so long. You'll shift your beliefs about yourself, about productivity, and about what you actually deserve, and you'll start taking action that truly reflects who you are.


Boundaries: Choose Yourself

Most perfectionists are people-pleasers who put everyone else first. We work on boundaries with others, but more importantly, boundaries with yourself: how you speak to yourself, how you rest, and how you stop abandoning your own needs to keep everyone else comfortable. You stop running on resentment and start showing up on your own terms.


Clarity: Live On Your Own Terms

You now know what needs to change, and this is where you practice actually doing it. What does self-compassion look like for you? What does it feel like to be enough, right now, as you are? You'll build real self-acceptance so you no longer need perfectionism to feel worthy or loved. This is the part that changes everything.

ABOUT MAGGIE

Hi, I’m Maggie.


I'm an ICF accredited coach (ACC)* specializing in perfectionism.

I know what it's like to jump out of bed already anxious to prove yourself. To start so many habits with the best intentions and abandon them when motivation wanes. To people-please your way through the day and end up exhausted and resentful. To go to bed vowing that tomorrow will be different, and wake up in the exact same loop.

I lived that. And then I learned I was a perfectionist, and that changed everything.

Perfectionism isn't about wanting things to be pretty or neat. It's a mindset that holds us back from fully living. When I finally understood how it was running my life, I was able to start working with myself instead of constantly against myself. Now, that's exactly what I help my clients do.
